BLEND STATION

In true PW Gadgets fashion the BLEND STATION has been CNC machined out of billet Aluminum to exacting tolerances. We've also engineered it to have the PROPER offset that perfectly matches the metering ball valves port height! You will find that having everything in precise alignment will allow you to rigidly mount the 8 mounting bolts and nothing will go wonky, get tweaked or run out of whack resulting in a leak/crack now or shortly down the road. Featuring 3 centered 1/2" FNPT inlet ports and 2 1/2" FNPT outlet ports on both ends. Ports are EXACT 90° right angles. Check valves contain Hastelloy springs and Fluoroelastomers seals (Viton) for extreme chemical resistance and reliability. We also felt it was extremely important to spec the check valves to our needs and have them custom manufactured for us, in doing so you will find our assemblies have significantly less parts and leak points due to the plumbing configuration. Count them up and then count the others!
